Anyway can anyone help me with this question??

3 person went to a watch shop to buy a present for their fren's bday.They saw a watch which the owner son said was $30. And so each person took out $10 to pay the owner son.Then then went off. The owner came back and told the son it was $25. So he told the son to take the $5 back to the 3 guys. So the son thought that $5 can't divide between 3 person.So he thought that he give back each one $1 then pocket $2 for himself.But if he give back each person $1.That means each person only pay $9 and adding the $2 that the son pocket,There's only a total of $29. Where did the missing $1 go???

Can some1 tell me the answer by thursday pls..Any clever ones out there??
